Painting newly laid concrete

I have patched an old window cil with concrete. How long should I wait before painting it?

YOU WILL HAVE TO LET ALL THE MOISTURE DRY AND MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE NOT POLISHED THE SURFACE, IF YOU HAVE YOU MAY HAVE TO ROUGH IT UP OR ACID ETCH BEFORE PAINTING.

Id give it a coat of alkali resisting primer first..if you have a high cement content it will bleach the paint you put over it
