Searched the forum, but I can never the hang of it!!
Any one used an air palm nailer? Can you drive common nails such as roundheads/ovals? The specs don?t mention masonry nails, I was wondering if it was feasible to use it on them as well. Any recommendations or advice gratefully received.

i am not familair with the exact tool you mention, but i was always under the impression that such tools had "special nails" like a stapler has special staples, they are all "stuck in a row", ready for use, so you cant just use any old nail in your case

The palm nailers don't need collated nails, they are really meant to be used with square twist nails for fixing joist hangers etc. Don't think they will be too good on ovals etc . If you get one make sure it has the leather hand band so you don't have to hold it too tightly.

Breezer it's one of these

Thanks for the advice, I think what I'll do is go find a supplier and have a look. You never know they may even let me have a go. I'll look out for one with a leather glove though.
