Partially cold Radiators

I seem to have a couple of the upstairs radiators that are cold in one corner but normal heat otherwise - have bled them but no air comes out.

Does this mean the system needs balanced? Ifso, how do I go about doing this?

what corners..top or bottom

its the bottom corner below the bleed value at the top corner

Hi, sorry to but in, but if any body can help. l am suffering from a simular effect , the system l have is a indirect micro bore system. I have taken the offending rad off, flush it out and checked the valves, after refilling and venting the rad get hot at the top and remain cooler at the bottom along the length of the rad from the flowvalve to the lockshield valve the top of the rad is hot along the length. Again any ideas most grateful .
