Patching up paint job!

Hi,

I painted my lounge on Tuesday (using two-coats of one-coat emulsion).

Two days on I'm noticing a few patches I missed! Am I ok to just go over them with a roller at the weekend or will that show up???

In my experience, that will not be a problem. Did it just yesterday myself, in fact.
