I have removed a paper border in a small bathroom but this has caused some of the emulsion to come away from the wall, leaving bare plasterwork. Do I try & fill this, which would be a nightmare job or is there a special paint I could buy-otherwise, if I just paint over it, I think you will be able to see all the edges of the old paint?
