Doing the last bit of puzzle in my kitchen.

Need to run water supply through my floorboards across my kitchen and a waste pipe back to sink unit for installation of a dishwasher.

Would anyone be kind enough to help me with the parts?

I'm intending to use PEX flexi pipe. I need to drive the pipe down through floor boards, run it for 2m across and bring it back up.

My understanding is it'll create too much force when it's bended around 70 degrees so might put pressure on the valves at each side. Is it right?

1) What would I need to connect the waste to flexi pipe ?
2) Can I have the right push fit connector to connect the PEx to screw valve (shared photo)
3) what can I do to reduce the tension on the pipe on each side?

Thank you
