Picture hanging question

Hi there, I have a very basic question. Bought some frames which have attachments on the back which appear to be completely stuck. Have seen a few videos about hanging picture wire but unsure about this as the frames are so shallow. Have not done this before. Not deep enough to just hang with nails securely. The two pictures are very light. What would you suggest? Is there a simple way to hang these without faffing around with picture wire? Or are there better backing boards I could buy with different fixings? Many thanks

Those fittings are not for wire.
Just bend the toothed edge out a little and it will then hang on a nail OK.

Keep your thumb pressed on the portion of the fitting that is stuck to the back board while you bend/lever it out, be careful not to put pressure on the glass.
