Pine doors - will they warp?

I have put new pine architraves and skirtings on all of the upstairs rooms. I have stained these using Ronseal brushing wax to give a medium oak appearance - they look very nice.

I now want to have six-panel pine doors fitted to all rooms, with the intention of using the same wax on them.

However, at the timber yard, the salesman warned me that they would warp badly unless sealed. I don't think that the wax I use will "seal" them - it acts more like a stain that anything else.

Any opinions?

may or may not warp wether you seal them or not

fitting them and sealing them just helps to stabilise them

the best you can do is make shure they are dead flat when you buy them and acclimatise in the room to be used and kept away from direct heat sources[radiators fires or the sun page 3 ;) ]
