Yet you'll happily promote genocide of a whole nation of people.
Carpet bombing or nuclear, you're not bothered.
In addition, you'll happily stir up hatred against your nearest neighbours.
    Double standards comes to mind.

What do you think should have happened to those conducting medical experiments on prisoners in Dachau?

    Any doubt, or reasonable doubt?

How much doubt was there in 1975 that Paul Hill, Gerry Conlon, Paddy Armstrong & Carole Richardson were responsible for the Guildford pub bombings?

Or that Hugh Callaghan, Patrick Hill, Gerard Hunter, Richard McIlkenny, William Power & John Walker were responsible for the Birmingham ones?

"Parole Board panels are bound by law to assess whether a prisoner is safe to release. It has no power to alter the original sentence set down by the courts. Legislation dictates that a panel's decision must be solely focused on what risk a prisoner may pose on release and whether that risk can be managed in the community."

"As made clear in the reconsideration decision, release was supported by all of the Secretary of State's witnesses during Mr Pitchfork's review."

Lord Denning (who I used to admire) said
“We shouldn’t have all these campaigns to get them released if they’d been hanged. They’d have been forgotten and the whole community would have been satisfied.”

He always insisted these remarks had been taken out of context.

He also thought that if innocent parties were hung, it would satisfy the public

    Other choice quotes of his:

We must not allow this cult of homosexuality, making it equal with heterosexuality, to develop in our land. We must preserve our moral and spiritual values.

His reasons for not allowing a civil claim by the Birmingham 6 against the police (with my emphasis)

Just consider the course of events if their action were to proceed to trial… If the six men failed it would mean that much time and money and worry would have been expended by many people to no good purpose. If they won, it would mean that the police were guilty of perjury; that they were guilty of violence and threats; that the confessions were involuntary and improperly admitted in evidence; and that the convictions were erroneous…

That was such an appalling vista that every sensible person would say, ‘It cannot be right that these actions should go any further’.
” In other words we dare not allow you to proceed with your claim in case you are right.

On Leon Brittan, a Tory MP born in London:

I think you’ll find he’s a German Jew, telling us what to do with our English law. It’s quite plain that these pan-Europeans do not go by the words of the treaty. That’s why I don’t think there’s much chance of altering things.

About BAME people serving on juries:

The underlying assumption is that all citizens are sufficiently qualified to serve on a jury,” Denning wrote in his book What Next in the Law. “I do not agree. The English are no longer a homogeneous race. They are white and black, coloured and brown. They no longer share the same standards of conduct. Some of them come from countries where bribery and graft are accepted as an integral part of life and where stealing is a virtue so long as you are not found out… They will never accept the word of a policeman against one of their own.

    Are those 2 guilty ?

is there any possible doubt as to there guilt ?

    Multiple eye witnesses

    CC TV

    arrested at the scene ?

any mitigating circumstances ? That would excuse what they did ?

Was there any evidence of guilt presented for the population of Iran or No Korea to be carpet bombed or attacked with nuclear weapons, yet you promoted such carnage.
Is there any evidence presented for the benefits of medical experiments to be conducted on prisoners, yet you campaigned for such experiments.

Transam is not really bothered about stopping the killing, he thrives on chaos, destruction, violence, mayhem, genocide, etc.
As far as transam is concerned, real justice is for the birds.

How appropriate and topical in the light of the recent enquiries (and crimes by a Met police officer) into the Met Police.

It isn't about justice, as far as transam is concerned. He's told us several times, it's about revenge. Revenge is blind.

The old law about an eye for an eye leaves everybody blind.
