Placing a toilet back over newly tiled bathroom

I recently tiled my bathroom and after completing the job I had an issue placing the toilet back into place. The flange bolts were about 1/10 of an inch too short to screw the toilet back in. What's the best way to fix this issue?

All you can do is get longer bolts,also use some silicon before bolting down and fixing to the wall and then put a bead of silicon round the edges to finish.
