help, I have hot water heat, there is a pipe near the furnace that is leaking water, bled the valves and only water coming out. What are the possible problems?

You have a leaking pipe
Not that I know much about American plumbing but I would guess the water heaters T&P valve is passing and the OP needs to get it serviced
Yanky furnaces are often in the basement. They often just let their D3 pipe work just point at he floor.
