Potterton FF80 Fanned Balance Flue Boiler not firing up

I have a Potterton FF80 Fanned Balance Flue Gas Fired Boiler, about 10 years old. Although the boiler will fire up when hot water is called for, it will not fire up when Central heating is called for.
I have changed the Electronic Controller, checked the Thermostat and tried a new programmer. No success. Any ideas please?

If got a 3 port, if on heating only should have 240v on white and grey, if so check voltage to syncron motor, may just need new motor

It is a two port Honeywell V4043H Motorised Zone Valve. 240volt. I aim to replace the motor

I have fitted a new motor. Everything is now fine. Thanks for advice given
