Power shower - No cold water pressure

Hi all,

The house I moved into some 9 months ago has a power shower, which until yesterday had never skipped a beat. However, now when I turn it on, it doesn't get any cold water pressure. Hot is fine, but it's clear the cold just isn't getting through, as if I turn it all the way to cold, the pump turns off.

Any ideas what's gone wrong? I think there was a dip in mains pressure yesterday, which I guess may have upset the system. If so, what do I need to do to get it back on track?

Never mind, got it working - just had to detach the shower head and let gravity do the work!
