Hi

I moved into my house this time last year and after a problem with a bent and broken rad pipe we had to drain the ground floor heating system.
When our plummer went to refill it we had an airlock which had to be flushed out. We finally got the pump working properly but soon realised that only the downstairs rads were getting hot.

We have tried turning downstairs ones down low and flushing through.

Two local plummers have been flummoxed, but now its really cold and we are at our wits end.

Any ideas welcome!
thanks

More info needed about your system-is it a combi or conventional boiler,is it a sealed system or open vented?

I would say that you need a more competent person to help you.

Rather than a plummer try looking for a plumber or even better a heating engineer.
