I have three problems to sough out as I have sold my house but these things need attending to:

The first is the shower-It is remaining on when it has supposedly turned off! It works fine but water is still coming out in the off position-its a Croydex venturi VSI-rubbish I know but it works if u know what I mean!

The second is the dishwasher-It doesn't heat up(no steam) and it gets stuck on the cycle-1 year warranty passed I'm afraid.

Lastly the Kitchen sink-the screw that holds the top part of the fitting has rusted away-can I get a new one or do I have to replace the WHOLE fitting? What sealant do u use-I keep hearing plummer's putty but not sure if thats it or use "normal" silicone once the screw is fitted!

Of course I could get someone out to look at them all but if its a simple job I might be able to fix them all.

cheers
