Problem with footings

Hi.

I had my footings dug out and just had the concrete poured last week.

I've been checking the measurements as I was going to start building and it's quite a bit out. 35cm!

It's needs to go 35cm to the right (blue arrow). The block is right on edge of footings.

It was dug out by digger with driver.

The neighbour conservatory footings are on my side of boundary (red line)

I don't want to come in because I have already come in by 70cm on left side for access around back.

What's best way dealing with this?

More digging and more concrete...
or a non square extension (kitchen fitter will love you)

The guy who did the digging. He apparently does the digging for majority builders where I live. He was given dimensions and was marked accurately on external wall. It started off OK but went away from neighbours probably due to her footings for conservatory.

What can I do about neighbour footings on my side.
