yep. they shouldve given that 'time served' spark a medal for doing such a solid example of bodged work - at least the customer saved a few quid (or did he tell them he would do the part p bit and pocketed their money anyway )

So still no prosecutions of anybody for doing competent work or without lying about membership of a trade body, but simply not notifying.
