Would a 15 mm plastic push fit on a !/2 inch imperial copper pipe

Hep20 will but for other makes look them up at manufacturers website

Why not put a 1/2" to 15mm reducer on the pipe then a piece of 15mm copper on the reducer, then you can run futher off that with whatever 15mm material and connectors you want to use.....
