Hot tap in kitchen started to drip and flow also reduced. Isolated, removed ceramic valve, found pieces of sheet plastic material scrunched up blocking valve, some pieces chopped by valve passed into aerator grill in end of tap. Cleared all out and ran hot water without valve in place for a short time, no further evidence of debris.
Anyone experienced this before? Where can this material come from? Inside the tank is my only conclusion but from what?
