Question on Shelf Life ( BAL Products )

Hi

I have the following BAL products which had a 12 month shelf life and which expired on the dates listed :

BAL Superflex Wall Grout

Expired 18 Jan 07

BAL Admix GT1

Expired 14 Dec 06

BAL WP1 Tanking System Coating

Expired 4 Apr 07

BAL PTB Flexible (Grey) & BAL Single Part Flexible (Grey)

Expired 16 Mar 07

Since we had these they have all been stored in a warm dry house.

Would you recommend using these ?
