Hi,
I have a 4/5 year old Radiant combination boiler which provides problem free hot water to the radiators but when asked to supply hot water via the hot water taps it only comes out luke warm, even with the temperature control turned to maximum. Can anyone advise please?

Regards. Simon.

Could be a diaphragm or flow switch problem, but check the manual for details.

At what flow rate is it only luke warm.
Don't forget the incoming water temp determines how hot the water at the taps will be.

Expect to get 9 litres per minute raised by 35*C.

Some parts of Dorset have hard water. Its just possible parts of the boiler are scaled up but more likely to be debris caused by a lack of water treatment when the boiler was installed.
