Radiators keep coming on??

On my control panel for the heating system there is the option to have the radiators only on, the hot water only on or both. I have set the option to Hot water only but for some reason the radiators keep coming on even though I have set the above setting and set the thermostat to its lowest degree.

I have changed the thermostat it may be that thinking but the radiators are still coming on. Is it a possibility it could be the heating control/timer panel else or something ?

i have the same problem.thought it was the motorised valve

If guys don't tell us about ALL the controlling bits on the system, boiler type etc, we can only guess. PLease read the fixed messages at the top of the listing.
