Hi Everyone

I had 2 new doors fitted in my house in February this year. I have had the installer back a few times because when it rains and hits the doors, the water gathers in the drainage channel in the bottom of the door. It takes days to dry up. I have also noticed that the rubber seal has been cut short at the mitred corners and therefore there is a gap.

Could this be why it is leaking?? Company say's that the rain in meant to come in the doors and that is what the channel is for. Is this right?

Any advice would be grateful.

Thank you.

Could be, try temporary block the gap and spray water lightly with a garden hose & take it from there.
