raising ground inspection cover.

Im raising some ground to level off, but i have an inspection chamber in teh way about 4 inches from the side edge.

I figure leave the side edge open build up 3 sides and store my wheely bin on it.

I need to confirm,
Is there anything i should be aware of as the inspection chamber slants backwards and i dont think i will have much to drop down for a good footing. to extend the original bricks. further back.

any ideals if i might have the option to build on the already laid red bricks?
