Ravenheat 820 / 20 Pilot light

Hi folks

got a problem with the pilot light on the above, its gone out & i cant get it to light again, can anyone advise please

There could be several reasons why the pilot has failed and that you are unable to relight it.Could be thermocouple failure/overheat or something gas related.Whatever reason the front combustion cover has to be removed and as such should be tackled by someone competent to do so.
