boiler pump would run for 30 sec every now and again, nothing else. changed thermistor on heating side which i think is a high limit stat and then linked out flow switch on back of pump. All works after changing flow switch. day after nowt again. pump runs , fan runs , no spark unless i suck on aps tube. is this faulty aps and could the aps originally told the pcb that fan wasnt needed.

i know everyone dislikes these boilers , but someone must have fixed them somewhere , sometime.
try giving the aps tubes and venturi a clean out...... does fan run ok when it does.......?
cleaned venturi and washed tube and tested for holes. fan runs at full speed and smooth.
