Re-fitting an old kitchen tap

I am fitting a new worktop & sink in my kitchen but I dont want to buy a new tap as the one we have at the moment is fine. How easy would it be to remove it & then refit it to the new sink? I'm assuming I would have to buy new washers/seals & could I reuse the flexi tap connectors? Any advise would really be appreciated.

no reson to to reuse it.
long as the flexi's aren't damaged should be ok.
the only thing that maybe no good is the felt seal between the sink/mixer.
