Remote playback stopped working

    I have been using Hikvision CCTV gear for years without any major issues, I have 2 identical setups at different properties.

    DS 7204HUHI-K1 DVR with Hikvision camera’s, both set to automatically change the hour (DST), which they both did last night.

    When viewing on iPhone or iPad live view works fine and remote playback prior to the DST change works fine, however post DST change remote playback doesn’t work and I’m getting an error message saying “parameter error”

    Playback direct from the DVR works fine, it’s just the post DST change remote playback.

    Any ideas guy’s?

    sounds like a problem with the app, no idea not had the same error, check phones app uptodate and firmware on NVR to start with

    is this the first time you have been through DST, you could reboot the phones initially if you haven't already tried that

    Thanks for the reply, gone through several automatic DST changes without any problems in the past.
    Firmware’s all up to date phone, app and DVR.
    Rebooted DVR and Phone, no joy.
    Might uninstall / reinstall app.

    Nope, deleting and reinstalling the app didn’t work either

    UPDATE. Remote playback has started working agin today.
