does any one know how to remove the drivers seat in my 2 door focus inc electrics and is it safe to do due to the air bag? the tilt and slide no longer slides and i think it may be a cable conection. i found a plastic plug type thingy on the floor and this may be the prob. my main concern is the air bag. thanks for your time. 
i have fixed it and it was very simple. no need to take out the seat just reconect a cable onto a metal lug just below where the seat back meets the base.
