I am wanting to remove a radiator which is fixed onto a studded wall which is being knocked through.

I need to know how to cap off the radiator?

The room is upstairs to am I ok to just cap off the pipes and conceal them under the floorboards?

for now, you can shut down the valves and safely remove the rad.

as for capping them off, you will obviously need to drain down the system, unless you think you can do it live!

post this in the plumbing section.
