Removing an oil-based paint from platerboard wall.

What is the best way to remove a few drops of an oil-based primer spilt on to a plasterboard wall, please? I thought I had successfully wiped the drops away whilst they were wet but having looked a day later there are still a few dried stains in the emulsion painted plasterboard.

Thanks for any help.
