I want to render the interior walls of an out building that have been painted (two or three times), the paint appears to be emulsion, I'm thinking of trying a pressure washer to remove the old paint, would this be the best way or is there a better way ?, also the flat roof is concrete with a rough interior which I also want to render, any tips advise would be welcome.

i think the pressure washer wouldnt do much aprt from rip out your cement from inbetween the bricks, like it did on my flagged driveway...
use nitro mores (paint stripper) potant stuff but does the job, and will be expensive as ule need a lot
