Removing paste marks from wallpaper

I've just finished wallpapering. Although I removed the excess paste on hte wallpaper straight away, you can still see some paste marks. Is there any way I can get rid of these?

damp / wet cloth?

Yeah, I was just wondering if anyone has any tips other than that. The wallpaper is washable. Maybe it will just have to be a cloth and elbow grease.

Use warm water, it soften the paste quicker...dont rub it too hard.
