I have an MX Atmos Shadow shower with exposed cartridge. Does anyone know how to remove these? I've seen other shows use grub screws but this doesnt seem to have one, the cartridges will rotate using a little bit of force. I tried rotating a few times and it didnt seem to start coming out and i didnt want to damage the grooves.
To clarify the photo, this is the bottom look upwards and it is the temperature knob. Ignore the fact that it look like a cowboy installed it, it was!
Its 12 years old, it is leaking and the temperature control is erratic (move it 1mm goes from cold to super hot, other times turn it all the way up and temperature doesnt change).
