Replacement screws for seld build furniture

I have been given a cot by a friend. With the new baby's arrival less than a week a way, i exitedly unpacked it. All the wooden parts are there but there is only one screw out of about 12. The fixings are about 40 mm long, with a 10mm un tapped shoulder (diameter approx 7mm) and what looks like a standard screw thread. The head takes a 4mm hex key and is flush. Its been some years since my friend used the cot and can't find any screws.

Does anybody know a good supplier of replacement screws for flat pack furniture. I've tried screwfix and a couple of others with no success
