Seems I will soon need to replace my existing gas cooker and I'd like your views on 2 issues, please.
1) both the gas and electric connections are plug-in so can I replace the cooker myself?
2) existing unit is 535mm wide - I expect I'll need to go for 500mm next. Any recommendations? (or warnings...)
Thanks,
John

Any gas appliance should be checked by someone who is gas safe when installing.

There are lots of 535mm cookers on the market.
