Hi

I am looking at replacing an old electric heater in my bathroom with a new fan heater. The heater is situated in zone 3 and connected to an unswitched fused spur. Would this be notifiable under Part P?

All advice gratefully received!

Replacing a heater isn't notifiable under part p however you must ensure that the new heater is suitable for where it is installed.
