Repressurising Potterton Gold HE

Hi All,

First post - apologies for the relative simplicity of this request but guess this is what the forum is here for!

Earlier this year I had a new combi boiler and TRVs installed. Been very pleased with the hot water but we've not really had the heating on yet this year. Now its getting colder and the heating is on more I thought I should get round to bleeding the rads. Problem is, I'm not sure how to repressure the system as the filling loop on the new boiler isn't what I am used to (see picture).

I am guessing that I need to turn the two black wheel nuts in the foreground to fill up the system to necessary bar pressure, but wanted to check.
