cant replace ring type make flush spot lights into ceiling after pulling out becauuse of water leak can ne 1 describe how 2 refit holder into hole spring clip asembley

You say you have had a water leak. So why wont these lamps fit back in? Were they out when the leak ocurred? Where are they going - into what material? What has changed since these lamps were removed? What sort of lamp is it? Mains voltage, halogen, SELV?

I think he his talking about the 'double eared' type.

Push the long 'ear' in the hole, allow the short ears to follow by themselves, they will be facing the other way from the big ears once in.
