can anyone help my riva compact boiler keeps cuting out and lighting up agian in central heat mode ok with hot water
 
There can be lots of different causes some of which are gas related.

When was it last serviced properly?

sorry about time taken 2 reply serviced lately when on cen heat fan runs fires up for few secs then gas valve shuts fan stops then same thing again etc
 
I have several ideas but they would start with gas related tests which I cannot suggest to you.

My best advice would be to get a competent registered engineer to diagnose the fault.
