rover zr rubber seal

Hi all i have a rover zr and the rubber seal around the sunroof has started to come away i have tried to push it back into place but it keeps coming away again. Im sure that i need to use some sort of adhesive and was not sure which to use any help would be most apreciated as would'nt want to use the wrong type

I would look for a nice black slicone sealant.
