You'll find that the metal part of the glass surround will be rotten and getting just a seal won't be a lot of good as it won't sit correctly.
I bought a glass today with it's seal for a fiver from a local scrappy for a customers car which had the same common fault as yours m8.
You could try removing your seal and scraping the rust off from behind it and refitting your seal back on to give it a bit more life until you find a better glass with seal at a more realistic price.
To remove the glass, tilt it, slide the two plastic covers on each side towards the rear of the car by 10 mm and clip them off, theres 3 torx screws on each side, think there tx20's and simply lift it out.
