We're thinking about sanding our floorboards in one room and lifted the carpet to have a look. Some areas of the floor (which is pine) are very very dark and others are not - will this still be the case when I sand?
Also any suggestions as to the best way to make small repairs - there are a coupl of small gaps in the wood.
