Sash windows replacement??

Hi,

I have a bay in my flat with 3 standard size sash windows in them.
Very draughty and dont keep the noise of th road out, plus the single glazing rattles everytime I play bass heavy music.

Had a quote from Box Sash Company, for £800 per window to overhaul, fit new double glazed units etc.
Do you think this sounds a bit steep, making it £1800 for the whole bay?

Does anyone have any recommendations for good quality new wood-sash windows???

Defo dont want PVC.

Hi i would be happy to give u honest advice and a survey of your windows absolutely free!!!!If your in south or west london that is .I have 14 years carpentry/timber window experiance and have worked for a couple of the larger sash window companys and no how much they charge

£400-£450 should be the maximum you pay.
