Screed costs

Hi

I've got a 45 sq mtre extension to screed, can anyone give me approx costs for

1) putting 65mm standard sand/cement screed
2) putting 45mm anhydride (flowing) screed.

Due to a builder cock-up, I wasn't left enough depth for normal screed and underfloor heating so I've had to resort to the thinner anhydride screed. However I'd like to get an estimate of costs to make sure I can recover the difference of my builder.

PS - One company has given me a quote which includes 25mm Kingspan insulation board.
