Going to use those quadrant tiles you get for edging around the bath.

Am i better fixing these with silicone so they will flex with the bath ?

If the bath flexes it must obviously be a plastic one. Are ceramic tiles really the best thing in this case? I have been in a Diy Store today, and there was a good range of plastic mouldings for the purpose, I noticed one of them was imitation quadrant tiles. The plastic moulding will flex like the bath.

Stretch under the bath and you should be able to insert 2 or 3 supporting verticals. 2 x 1" will do. Make them a tad long so you can tap the bottom sideways to get the height right.

As is often said on here, part fill the bath prior to fixing whatever you eventually select.
