I have just had my attic opened up and made into a bedroom. There is one wall with two chimney breasts on it. I chose to keep the exposed brickwork and the builder sealed it. When I looked at the tin of sealant he had used it said "for external use only".
What problems may he have let me in for by using a sealant that says for external use only on an inside wall?
