Sealing wooden bathroom floor?

Hello people. Great site. Helped alot already with DIY.

We are nearly ready to replace the bathroom suite but before we do we need to do something with the floor. Its floorboards and we would like to keep them. Is it possible to seal them from moisture? If so what produce and methods would you reccomend for the boards and also the small gaps between them?
