self levelling floor screed

Is this stuff breathable, can the screed beneath it breath.

I have juts laid 75mm of screed on my UFH pipes and now have to let my floor dry out for four weeks before I can turn on the under floor heating.

The floors pretty level but has a few dips.

Any advice would be well appreciated.

My floor is around 10m2.

Not sure to be honest but my builder waited around that time for the screed on my 20 sq/m conservatory to dry out before laying a self levelling screed & tiling over my electric u/floor heating.
