Shed base

Hi, I have a new 10' x 8' garden shed, and want to put it on a concrete base - presumably 4 to 6 inches in depth??

If I try to do it myself, can anyone tell me how much ballast/cement I would need to order, and what ratio ballast/sand to cement I should use?

Or.....

If I get someone in to do it, how much should I expect to pay, for the labour?
